-Payment Policy
When booking your treatment you will be asked to leave a small deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

-Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or move your appointment to another day, your deposit will be carried forward if you give the salon 24 hours notice.

-Late Arrivals
If you are late for your treatment, we will continue with your treatment, however, your treatment time will be shortened, dependant upon how late you are.

-Illness
If you are ill then you will need to cancel your appointment, as having a treatment could make the symptoms worse.

Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment if you are a new client, so that your consultation card can be completed.
